FAQ
Straight answers to what clients usually ask before working with Bellamy Roe.
- Do you do standalone audits?
- We'll flag what's working and what isn't, even if you end up staying where you are. That's often the lowest-risk way to see if we're a fit before anything bigger.
- What's a realistic timeline?
- Timelines vary by starting point — a site with existing traffic moves faster than one starting from zero. You'll see progress reporting from week one, even before the bigger trends are visible.
- Do I own my accounts and data?
- We document account access clearly so there's no confusion if the relationship ever ends. We'll hand off cleanly with documentation, not a locked black box.
- Who will I actually talk to?
- You'll have a direct line to the person actually running your account, not a rotating account manager. That's the trade-off we've made since day one, and we're not changing it.
- How is pricing structured?
- We're upfront that this isn't the cheapest option in Portland, but the reporting is unusually thorough. We'll send a written scope with a firm number before anything is signed.
- Can I cancel if it's not working?
- We're confident enough in the reporting that a long lock-in isn't necessary. You can review the exact terms before the first payment goes through.
- What size clients do you usually work with?
- We work with a range of business sizes, but we're upfront if a budget doesn't match what a channel needs. Ask us directly — we'd rather be specific than vague about who we work best with.
